Case Study

Objective

Pulse were contacted by IMG to provide a team of interactive and target driven PR Models who would act as brand ambassadors over a 5 day promotional event.

Pulse Promise

IMG sponsored the Women’s British Open at Royal Birkdale and assigned Pulse to provide them with a team of PR Models that encouraged spectators to sign up to their “Green Initiative”. The main objective to this promotion was to actively encourage the spectators to pin a leaf at the promotional stand. For every 10 leaves, IMG would plant one tree in return. Pulse set defined targets for the PR Models over the five day promotion, and the PR Models not only reached these targets they surpassed them.

The team of PR models were heavily themed and branded to coincide with the Women’s British Open. This coupled with the promotional stand created hype, and excitement around the eco-friendly stand. Pulse selected and booked a pro-active team of PR Models with experience in selling and working with targets. The overall promotion was a big success with the IMG Golf Division stating “The staff were great and surpassed all our target set – great job Pulse Team!”
