Liverpool Football Club appointed Pulse to account manage and provide PR models to enhance the match day hospitality experience at all LFC home games. As part of this, Pulse were assigned to creatively implement a new uniform rebrand for all hosts and hostesses at the club.
Pulse led an in depth uniform search prior to the beginning of the season. An array of uniform options were presented to LFC for both male and female hosts. Once selected, the Pulse Team arranged fittings, branding and alterations for the full hosting team at LFC. Pulse manage, maintain and update uniform on an ongoing basis.
Pulse assigned an account manager. Pulse appoint and train a team of committed, interactive, fun, personable and reliable PR hosts to represent LFC hospitality packages throughout the season. Due to the high level of staff booked per match, specific roles and responsibilities were assigned to different member of the Pulse LFC Team, these roles included an Event Manager, Event Assistant, Team Leaders, Hosts, Hostesses and uniform co-ordinator. All these staff (pre-season) where trained specifically for their role at LFC. Pulse also implemented an off site team who would work in the same capacity at locations outside of Anfield.
Since the implementation of the Pulse LFC Hosting team they have become an integral part of each match, ensuring that all customers receive world class hospitality, giving them a memorable unique Liverpool Football Club experience.
Pulse continue to work closely alongside Liverpool Football Club and are always looking to find ways to improve the customer experience through our match reports and observations.The hosting team have now become part of the LFC brand and we are proud to represent LFC with our nationally and internationally renowned PR models. We continue to evolve with the LFC brand and the hospitality experience.
